Bill Caffee and other good 22 gunsmiths

I want to start planning a new 22 BR sporter. Would like to learn about costs and waiting times. How can I get in touch with Bill Cafee? He is very popular in my area. What other gunsmiths would you folks who have around awhile recommend?

Both of these guys can build you a sporter probably as good as it will ever be.....
 
I'd look up Gordon Eck too, he's in NY. He's built some of the best shooting sporters I've seen lately. Also my friend Gene Davis built a friend of mine a sporter off a Hall action that's a killer.
 
Bill Myers built me a super killer sporter and now I don't have any place to shoot the dam thing, without driving five or six hours.

You should have a place, first Sunday in August, September and October.
