Beware-New California Shipment requirement

I just received a letter from the California Department of Justice informing me that I must enroll in a new program in order to ship actions/rifles to ffls in California.

I must log on and get an approval number and an approval letter for each shipment that I make to California that will be received after July 1, 2008.

Just one more bureaucratic mechanism to exacerbate the already trying quagmire of paperwork for rifle transfers.

I had not even heard this was being considered,
