Berger Bullets New Pamphlet

I received some gift certificates for the upcoming NBRSA 600 Yard Nationals in todays mail along with several new pamphlets to hand out at the match.
I was thumbing through the new pamphlet when I came across a picture of Roger "The Expiper" Amos with a huge grin on his face after setting the new score record at 600 yards.
If my memory is any good Roger has known Walt Berger and used his bullets for about 30 years now.
Roger for an old guy you done very good my friend and I'm glad they put you in the pamphlet.

HI Lynn...Thanks for the compliment....yes I have known Walt for many yrs and shot his bullets since the 70's (mostly short range bak then) I used em to shoot a Fairchance Pa. range record .135 10 shot unlimited with a 22 BR bag rifle (Legal HV!!!) ....and have shot many of them at 600 and 1000 with good rusults....I am currently shooting sevral 6mm long range Bergers in my 6mm BR;s and they are so good I cant make up my mind which one to shoot grin...!! Nice problem to have...and my latest endeavour is a 280 AI variation with a short neck using 30-06 brass and it is lookin pretty good with the BIG ole' Berger 180's (both VLD and BT's)....I am busy with family matters (mom in nursing home and son just returned from middle east deployment) and will not be at the 600 yd Nats next wk,,,grrrrrrrr,,,,,good luck to you and Dad....Roger
