Beretta
Send it back to their service center in Maryland.
Many Gunsmiths want/can't work on a Berreta(s), and Berreta wants it that way.
Americans use to have a mentality of buying products where the dealer could and would service what they sell.
In order to sell Berretta shotguns, dealers have to buy a large quantity of enventory and to buy a lot more over the next year. Berretta forces their dealers and distributors not to sell to the small dealer. Most gunsmiths only sell a few guns as a courtesy to their established customers.
Getting service and parts for any of the gun makes that fall under the Berreta umbrella is getting more and more difficult. Buyers need to beware.
