Bench Rotation at the Nationals

Does anyone know if there is going to be a bench rotation at the Nationals this year with double vane flags? I have been shooting over double vane flags for years, like them and would like to shoot with them if possible. I have a set of Hood's double vane flags if that would help. Thanks!

Double Vane Flags

Dennis Tinkham will be a the Nationals with double vane flag's the only issue is, he is a left handed shooter. Maybe you can seat to the bench to the right of him and ask him how much he will charge to use them or give him a hand setting them and then give him a bill.

I don't know about the double vane flags but you can bet the ranch that if there are shooters and flags they WILL get rotated even if there is nary a shot fired.
