Bench Rest sled vs Bag Rest ?

Any thoughts and preferences on which would be a better choice for zeroing a scope?
Makes and models etc.

zero your scope the way you are going to shoot the rifle. The purpose of the rest is to allow the recoil to be exactly the same each time. Changeing the way the gun recoils, changes the zero.
