Bench Rest AR-15

I want to have a bench rest knowledgable gunsmith put together an AR-15 for me. Of course this won't be a tight-necked chambering (I'm thinking .222R or .221 FB), and won't be used for formal bench rest shooting, but I want someone that has worked on AR's and understands tolerances and concentricity. Does anyone have any experience with a project such as this?
