Our second match at Bell City went well...the winds were twitchy and the sun became an issue at around 2pm. 250's were hard to come by, and the wooden benches made you think about every shot.
Mark Ludinsky managed a great performance with a 250-19x followed closely by George Boyle with a 250-18x.
We had a first time benchrest shooter in Jeff Neilan, and even though he is pimarily a high power shooter I think he enjoyed the bench shooting format.
Clark Shen, winner of the first match at Bell City, dropped a 9 late in the match that would have otherwise put him right up front with a 249-19x.
The weather was much more tolerable than our first match which saw temps into the high 80's low 90's and high humidity.
I hope that everyone had a great time, and I am looking forward to more next year. I also want to formally thank those who helped run the match with me today as their help was invaluable.
I will be posting further matches on this and the www.bellcity.org website.
We should have the official match results on the IBS website as soon as Mr. Grosbier gets them and posts them on the site.
