Hi
I finally got through the "I got home and now I've got to catch up" stuff.
I really enjoyed shooting in the NM State Match at the NRA Whittington Center. Even though I came in 34th out of 34 shooters, I had a great time.
I especially want to thank Bryan Armatys for his continuing encouragement and assitance. Also a BIG thank you to Norm Wills who showed me the error of my ways when it comes to trimming case necks.
I'm learning a little more with every exposure to the great folks in the bench rest game. (It is a game, isn't it?)
I know that it had to be my loads which were giving me grief, because I recently bought a S&W AR15 and with factory Hornady 55 Gr. V-Max Molys, I shot a 5 shot group that measured .463. (Yeah! I was amazed too.)
Anyway, thanks to all.
Now if someday I can return the favor, it will be my pleasure.
Thanks again.
