Beginners Question

I'm trying to adjust my new Hoehn Tuner.I had the paper target backed up with cardboard.After several shots at the same spot the paper starts to tear and the later holes are oblong making it difficult to see the actual pattern. Any suggestions to cure the problem?

Print your targets onto poster board, or similar thickness of your match targets.
