Bausch & Lomb scope question

I have a B & L model 64-6244 scope that has crisp optics, and it's very repeatable. This is a 6-24X40 scope with 1/8" clicks. I'd like to replace the turrets with something that shows MOA settings instead of bogus markings. Does anyone make such a thing that will fit this scope?

Larry, do the markings

not match the clicks? If they do not match, that's one thing. If they do, then "0" at 100 yards and move the knobs to 0 . That way you can go up or down and still come back to 100 yards.

David .....

That's how I set all my scopes. The clicks line up with the incremental verticle lines. However, the "numbers" on the scope are marked like this:

8 clicks equals (1 MOA) it's marked 4
8 more clicks is (2 MOA) that's marked 8
8 more clicks is (3 MOA) that's marked 12
etc., etc.

I'm not used to doing the extra math everytime I need to make a scope adjustment. It's confusing when trying to concentrate on other things. Somebody out there (maybe Bushnell) makes target knobs with better markings. Anyone know for sure?
