Bases for scope rings

I have a pair of 4 screw scope rings that a Bud said were for a rimfire. Another said they were BSA air rifle rings. They are pretty substantial and I would like to find bases that would allow me to use them on a 700.
Any ideas?
 
Without a picture it is tougher, I would go under the assumption if they are air rifle parts they are likely 11mm.
As such a set of Kelblys will work if you mill off the sharp dovetail edge a bit .....that is what they did when supplied same.
 
Tim, I have some dove tail material. It measures .477. It fits like a good glove. 11mm is about .440.I need to measure a Kelbly dove tail.
