Up until relay 3's last target we had a flawless shoot at Brock's Gap Training Center in Birmingham. Mother Nature decided to blow all of the moving backers out of their frames! Saturday was beautiful. We had rain on Sunday but not as much as last year.

Unlimited had the closest finish I've ever seen. Dana English won with a .2326. Second and third had to be settled by a tie breaker with Wayne Campbell taking second and Buddy Ross taking third, both shooting .2328.

In Heavy Varmint Billy Stevens was looking to take it, but Bart Sauter stormed back in his last two groups to win with a .1776 with Billy taking second shooting .1838.

Special congratulations to Mike Neville for winning the Light Varmint 100, shooting .2130. Mike is a Brock's Gap member shooting in only his second NBRSA shoot

In Sporter 100 Dana was hot again winning with an .1866

In the Four Gun Bart and Dana battled it out to the final group with Bart pulling ahead and winning the 100 yard four gun.

25 shooters showed up and had a great time. Hope to see you all in November when we do it again.

Results are attached.

That's what I figured he was using. He has shot a lot of teen aggs with those Sierra jackets. I purchases 20,0000 Sierra jackets from Bart, and I was very impressed with the quality. They are annealed better than the J4's and point up smooth as silk. I can't wait to see how mine shoot. I would have already tested, but I haven't been known to have much in the way of 6mm barrels. I'm almost finished chambering up two 6 PPC barrels. If they shoot well, I might even take a 6 to the next match.
