Barrels and bullets

I see those two words together in the same sentence pretty often here. It is a recurring theme here.

Bullets:

A lot of posts in many threads speak of the need for good bullets. When I look at match reports, I see a lot of guys are rolling their own and doing quite well. What I'm not seeing show up as frequently are some bullet brands that frequently get recommended as a stock answer given to new guys as a starting point. So, how do I go about getting those "good" custom bullets that you all shoot?

I'm not looking for the Mexican dirt weed version of bullets. I'm talking about laying hands on the pharmaceutical grade, Colorado version. Is there some place like hair club for men that deals in bullets? I mean, it would be great to have hair, but I'd much rather have some nice consistent bullets to shoot out of my gun. Also, I have an old Underdog decoder ring that I can use to hopefully gain entry to the by invitation only super secret source for bullets that shoot in the zeros club.

Bart's bullets are some of the best. Call Bart with your combination, and he will guide you from there. As for barrels, use Lederer, Kreiger, and Bartlein.

The honest truth is you need trigger time! Get a bunch of the same bullets from a custom bullet maker on this forum and SHOOT!!!! Testing several different bullets from a bunch of bullet makers will just add to your confusion. It's a patented mistake of nearly all new guys and that includes myself when I started.
