Few things in a shop sound as cool as chewing through 6061 at 100imp. The only thing better is 300ipm. . . :)

These little buggers are for polishing barrels. They mount up on a 1" piece of rectangular tubing. The alternative are cast. I used the ol standbye's till I had one break and it really screwed up a barrel. (and busted me in a face!)

I don't sell a great many of them although there was an odd "rush" a month ago for some reason. (wierd!) Anyways, just one of the little tools I make for folks. Nice thing is when the bearings to south you can easily replace them. They aren't pressed in. 3x 8-32 button head cap screws retain the sealed bearing. A quick trip to a Whistler Bearing makes it an easy swap.

Skeet, do a search. Chad posted this stuff on here before. It seems his "wierd run" may have been fueled by the barrel pollishing thread that was run here.
 
And I thought the only thing you could spin was bullets.
