I just wanted to give a public Notice to what a great company Arthur R Warner really is. I don't want to go into great detail, but I will be a life long customer. They make fantastic products, and there customer service is the absolute best I have ever had the pleasure dealing with. Props to them fellas for sure. Check them out!! Lee

Yep, they sure are. I'm about 15min from there and stop in whenever I need something.

Lee, you are never too old to learn….. I'm as close to them as DSM and will stop in this week for a few things, and their tooling is great resharpen the HS inserts now they even have carbide inserts for some of the tooling……… jim

Butch, Lee...do you guys sharpen your AR Warned threading bits all? I know the point of index tooling is to rotate and throw out when finished.

The reason I ask, my threading bit shows a decent radius on the tip wondering how long you use till you rotate. I know if my ground HSS bit looked like the pic below, I would touch it up on the grinder.

Being retired, I probably don't do as much work as you do. I haven't indexed mine yet. A little radius on the tip sure wouldn't bother me.
