yall come see me at this great match. it will be Aug 20-21. beautiful surroundings, great range, good food by John's wife and you can come witness a true redneck in action on whichever bench I'm on. make plans to come on.
 
That is one of the most fun matches that I have attended. Doc and the guys are very hospitable and it is just an absolutely beautiful range. I think Dusty's Uncle Billy Stevens will be there. If you Texas guys aren't afraid of getting trimmed, you need to show up. Jay Lynn Gore and Glenn Chism plan on being there.

the address is 278 maguire lane, pencil bluff. it is about 4 miles west of pencil bluff and about the 5th road to the north from pencil bluff. we will start to gather thursday. there is a 4x8 ft sign there but it is not visible until you turn north.

from pencil bluff take 270 west. about 2 miles you will see a chicken house on the left. start to slow down there.
just ahead on the right is maguire lane. take it to go back to the range.

i picked up the turkeys yesterday for the turkey shoot.


i wonder if i should make arrangements for an ostrich, just in case a Texan wins one. i would hate to get the Texans upset as they are quite good folks.
 
Glenn C and I are coming with new barrels. Jay Lynn picked out his best 25 times fired brass and cleaned them up. We are coming to take all the wood home.

Any idea how many shooters arecoming. I do nto shoot CF BR but I live in Little Rock and am trying to determine if the trip will be worthwhile - depending on number of shooters.
