looking to get a arbor press and try the wilson dies ,what do you look for in a arbor press as far a quality? and who carry's them? wouldn't object to a used one if anybody has one to sell. also is red prairie still making bullets? a few(or more) years back i bought 500 for ground hoggen, down to half a box wont make it through this coming spring, might have to feed my 22-250 something different, it wont be happy(; thanks!

Starks.... No more... Have no idea who owns the dies either...?

To bad too, they shot very well...! Try the various Berger match/varmint or MEF bullets, bet you'll find one or two weights that'll really shoot.... My "medium" 22 cal >factory< "go-to bullet" is the Sierra blitzking 50gr (plastic-tip), very load tolerant and will DO SPEED with Accuracy..

good luck,
cale

Russ Haydon... shooter supply makes a nice one... It is close to the one W. Hart sells that real nice... but the price you see for Haydon is the price you get... my buddy got upcharged by W. Harts and returned his when he found out what happened... he bought a Haydon and all is good.

One of the nice things about the K&M is it uses a clamp-stop. I mark the post with position for the various cartridges I use.

None of the ones mentioned have a lot of strength, or adjustment range. Slower to set up, but far stronger & with the most adjustment range is the B-Square.

Edit:

Oops. That's B-square,not bonanza.

I like my Russ Haydon press enough to buy my son one for Christmas. Unfortunately, right now Russ is out of stock on them.
