Arbor Press Height Adjustments with Wilson Dies

If using the small Sinclair type arbor press, do you have to adjust the height of the head when going from the sizing to the seating die (Wilson) or does the ram travel far enough to leave it at one height and size and seat???

With my Sinclair arbor presses and Wilson dies I only adjust when changing cartridges. I can size and seat BR's and PPC's at the same setting but must readjust for X47's or .308 length cases.

Thanks

for the quick reply..

I know these sound like silly questions to some but when I am getting ready to spend a few dollars I need to know..this is a great place to learn about BR shooting and loading...

thanks again,

Hank

I have spacers

to keep the handle at a "best" angle of the dangle.Jim:D They also catch used primers

The sinclair (as with most small arbor presses) adjusts height so easily and fast it takes all of about a half a second, so there's no real issue.

(IE: there are some out there that take a minute or two to adjust)
