RE: Your Shipment Airway Bill No. 899185583812

Dear Mr. Sebastian Lambang,

I am writing in regards to the circumstances occurred to your shipment under FedEx tracking number 899185583812, sent to White Horse Outdoor & Education Center, USA.

Please accept our deepest regret for any inconvenience and unfavorable experience caused by this incident.
According to our record, your shipment had been picked up on August 27, 2012. Based on our operation update, there was system error occurred causing your shipment could not be uplifted on that day and package was only able to be uplifted the next day.

Furthermore, on August 30, 2012, your shipment had entered US custom. Unfortunately, since the description was not clear, it was stated as “Sport Equipment: (1) Max Rest, (1) Counterweight set, (1) Holder Set”, custom needed one-additional day to check the content and finally they found out through consignee’s website. For future shipping reference, please state the commodity clearly, also the detail breakdown of the goods on commercial invoice such as, what it is, what it is made of, what it is used for, what it is a component of, to avoid such delay in custom.

The shipment finally was delivered to the recipient signed by James Jarrell on 04 September 2012, 10.43 AM.

Mr. Sebastian Lambang, we do share your concern due to the delay on delivery encountered by this shipment. However, kindly please be assured that is not to our advantage to provide less than satisfactory service to our customers. Please be assured that this is neither the typical nor an accurate reflection of the type of service we wish to provide. The appropriate management has been advised of this for any necessary corrective action.

Hopefully this clarifies the matter and will be useful for your company to communicate the matter to all parties concerned. Should you require other information toward our services, please feel free to contact our 0800 1 888 800.
We thank you for the patience; trust and understanding you have extended to our service. We look forward for the opportunity to serve your worldwide shipping needs in more favorable ways.
