I can't say that they shoot F Class but it's worth trying to find out about 2 ranges in your area.
One is right there in El Paso at the base. There was a local group of guys who shot some form of organized matches many weekends.
Next, there is another small club outside of Capitan NM. They have a range there and I know that they used to shoot Hi Power and Palma. Since F Class is an outgrowth of those two disciplines I'm sure that they've done that too.
Sorry that I can't give you names but I forget. A few phone calls should result in something.

The Franklin mountain club shoots high power, I don't know about long range. Dale Berry is in that club. Bill will have his contact info.
Pecos Texas has a range out to 900 yds. There is some talk of having prone long range winter matches there.
