Anybody going to the Cactus through Nashville?

I have 8lbs of powder that I need to get closer to me in Texas. I cold meet somebody on Interstate 20 east of Dallas as they go through or you can take it to Phoenix and give it to a Texas shooter.
Any help would be appreciated.
