Question about a Anschutz,will a 1813 54action make
a good benchrest rifle ??? How much should I offer ???

Yes - It will make a very good benchrest rifle. What should you offer. Loaded question! It depends what conditition the rifle is in ! Is all the orginal rifle there or do you just have the action with the factory barrel ? Pictures would help your cause if you could post them. In good condititiona complete 1813 would run around 1,200 or a little more. If you are just buying the action with a factory barrel 5 to 6 hundred maybe. Conditition will determine the final price you will pay. garrisone.

Anyway, It was built by Bill Calfee using a Turbo action, Jewell trigger, Broughton barrel, and comes with a barrel tuner and laminated stock. It will make the 10.5 wt. limit with a 36X weaver scope.
