I have an older model 54 Anschutz....can I upgrade the trigger? if so what is recommended?

The current Anschutz trigger, the 5018 USED to be converted to a 5071 that would fit the older A54 actions. Unfortunately Anschutz would rather you buy a current 1900 series A54 action so they discontinued making both the parts needed to convert and/or the 5071 complete trigger. This happened over one year ago.
If you have a U9 trigger there is a guy in California that for a nominal fee will perform surgery on your trigger so that it becomes a 2-3 ounce single stage trigger. His work is highly respected.
