Anschutz Match 64 Bench Rest Plate

Hi,
I am trying to convert my 64 to bench rest for my grandson and, would like to know if it is possible to obtain the fixings for the front swivel rail to be able to attach a front plate when he is bench resting. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
