Anschutz Exeplar removing barrel

I want to replace the barrel on my Anschutz Exeplar. I would like some info on the easy/best/only way to remove the barrel.

At one time Border barrels had an online video of how to remove Anschutz barrels. Try googling up Border barrels - it may still be there.

Removing an Anchutz barrel is not for the faint of heart though.
