Blue Ridge will be having the opening matches of the season on May 21st. We will shoot a double 3-gun SOTY match starting at 9:00 AM and the second match will follow.
This year, something will be a bit different, we will have an end of the season prize to award!
Leonard Baity has been very generous in offering an Falcon action as a prize for the end of this season. Leonard is a long time member of Blue Ridge R&P club, a founding member I think, and I really appreciate his generosity, and I'm sure the shooters will as well.
The winner of the 3-gun IR50/50 SOTY agg.(IR50/50 rules) at the end of the season will win a new Falcon action. These actions are really nice, and it'll be a nice prize for whoever should win it. I will excempt myself from the competition for the action . The year's schedule is as follows:
May 21st- double 3 gun SOTY
June 18th -NC State 50 Meters Championship- Followed by Mid Atlantic Regionals 50 Meters Championship
September 17- Double 3 gun SOTY
October 15th- Double 3gun, second match SOTY
