Annie 54 supermatch

I have 54 supermatch barreled action on a BR stock pillar and glass bedded it was shooting up and down I was told this might be a weak firring pin spring so I changed that no change in the up and down the best I have been able to get it to shoot is 190's and that is using a scorring punch to get all I can,was hoping someone might have some idea's about what could be wrong. I have tried all kinds and lots of eley and other ammo's. Thanks..

quickie:
The Super Match should NOT be bedded farther back than the front of the trigger, and never the tang of the action, and do watch for contact of the safety tro stock.
Anschutz FP springs don't go bad.
