Use the above link. I suspect that this is the site you are thinking of, there is a whole series of these cartoons - whoever did them has a great sense of humor and a picture of what occurs on the internet. Watch the language though - it is a little rough sometimes.

You can do some things (like the one about reloading, and how to be a sniper) with the default free characters. If you want fancier themed stuff, they have pay versions.
Neat stuff, but I couldn't make myself sit thru making a scene... not my thing.
