Yes, I think this thread goes in the Competition Forum. This past weekend, at the Unaka Gun Club in Johnson City Tennessee, the Tennessee State Championship was held. What is amazing about this, this shoot was conducted completely by men and women from about 12 to 30 in age. Many of them have never had an opportunity to shoot benchrest for various reasons.
This group of young Americans held an NBRSA State Championship that was run as flawless and professional as any benchrest match I have ever attended. I would like to mention the individuals by name but I would probably miss some since this was a crew of about one dozen. You guys and gals know who you are and can be very proud of how your super efforts came off and in 90 degree heat and we thank you.
If the upcoming generation is typical of this Unaka crew we can rest easy. The Nation will be in good hands.
