Anyone that might be coming to our State match Aug 2nd and 3rd let me know so I can get a head count for food. We'll shoot Yds on Sat. and Mtrs on Sunday.
As a little bonus for anyone that might want to get here on Friday we will have our monthly 5 target ARA Match Friday night beginning at 7PM.

In the old days with the old format if somebody posted a NT message you could see that before you opened the thread. Now you have to open to see that there is no text. I enjoy looking at the chit chat about upcoming events, even if I can't attend. BTT doesn't qualify as chit chat or BS as the case may be. I guess I just like to be well informed, or as some would say, nosey.

Most of the shooters are at the Best Western, Oneonta. Phone# 205-274-2200. Reasonable, good location, and pretty close to the range. Thumper

Other than Best Western that Bill mentioned there's the Covered Bridge Inn (205 625 3961). Address for the range is 3025 Boatlanding Road, Oneonta, Al

Al State 50/50

Well the 2008 Al State match is history. Thanks to everyone that came and participated. I won't begin to name everyone that helped for fear of leaving someone out but thanks again.
It was very hot and humid with some very difficult conditions. It didn't look too bad but it was tough.
I hope everyone makes it home safe and I look forward to see y'all somewhere down the road.
I don't have the results with me but maybe Mickey will post the winners soon.
