Advice on Remington .17 Fireball magazine

I have a custom build coming up in .17 Fireball, the client needs a Detachable magazine system. Accuracy international have told me there new polymer magazine for .223 will work it but Id like some input from someone with experience on this one.
 
Im using a Defiance Machine custom action and a McMillan Lazzeroni thumbhole stock. I have to get this right.
 
I sent Mike Bryant a pm about this, sorry Mike I thought was reading the wrong thread. Hopefully you might chime in anyway.
