I bought a gun with a Harrell tuner on it but no instructions. How do you adjust them for the best performance?

You may like to give PRX a try. By knowing what your barrel length is I can help you set the Harrels for what should be very close if not spot on a very good tune
Drop me a line at prx2500@outlook.com and I will be happy to help.
The Hopwell method is very reliable, but you will probably shoot up a bunch of ammo searching for the best tune
