Adjust reloading gas pressure Browning mk3

Im about to Mount a supressor on My browning bar mk3. And need to adjust gas pressure to get it cycle with correct pressure. There are 2 screws under the front stock. 1 lock screw and 1 for the adjustment. Any 1 know a Good starting point with supressor on? Should I adjust screw in or out to reduce the pressure?
 
Its now mounted. Should I screw the adjustment screw in or out to reduce the reloading pressure? If the brass is thrown to the rear is the reloading pressure to high or to low?
