Action Bedding

What would be the best way, and what product to use to skim bed a 22 RF. I found that the bedding recoil lug broke clean away. Ron
 
I use Devcon 10110 as the bedding epoxy and Kiwi neutral paste wax as the release agent. I just bedded a Marlin 980S using a one-peice aluminum bedding block with integral pillars and it turned out beautifully with the Devcon.

What 22rf is it?
