We had a windy San Angelo match today, but still had some decent scores. The wind seemed to accelerate on the 4th target and it reflects pretty much that way with most of the scores.
The Senior Outlaw Heavy Barrel was won by Bill Middlebrook with a 189 agg; he had the high 1st; 2nd & 4th targets and the high for the day for that class with a 193 on the 1st target. Jim Swaringin placed 2nd and had the high 3rd target with a 188. Tom Cunningham was 3rd followed by Zack Turner who is handicapped without a tuner.
Paul Dyer took 1st place in the Senior Unlimited class with a 191.25 agg and he had the 2nd; 3rd & 4th target. Darren Krumwiede took the high in that class for the day on the 1st target with a 195, as well as losing the tie with Paul Dyer with a 191 on the 2nd target; placing 2nd in the overall standing for the day. Allen Taylor had the worst luck today and even after swapping rifles he had to struggle and placed 3rd for the day.
Ron Herring took 1st place in Senior Factory with a consistent 180 agg and had the high for the day on the 4th target with a 181. He took all the high cards for that class. Jerry Willeford was 2nd; David Strother was 3rd; Carolyn Wilson was 4th and John Pormann placed 5th.
The next match is in 2 weeks at the same place.
See you at the range,
