This is an Air Rifle Bench Rest Association?
Pete
Pete...
This is a new discipline for semi-auto .22 rf. rifles only.. It has two classes, "factory rifles", and that means plain, no gadgets added, factory stock rifle, and an "unlimited" class. Joe has a website, complete with rules and forms.. We are going to try it down here in Florida, along with ARA. After reading the rules, I think that this may draw a lot of shooters, old and young, that do not want to play the "big money" game and still have "fun".. Lets give it a try..
Dave
Thanks, but I meant what might be the guess/hope to attract as a sanctioning body.
Hey Slick,
That may be a good name for the factory class but i'm sure that the guys, gals and youth that will be shooting it won't call it plinking. They will probably think they are driving tacks just like the big boys. I dare say Jimmy Johnson may not have ever made it to NASCAR if it was not for go-kart and late model racing. One of these people starting out with the new Auto Bench Rest Association (ABRA) may become the next Slick Willy. Lord help us ! LOL. - Clint
Dave,
Thank You, I had not heard anything about it and just want to keep up with all the new disciplines.
Anything to get more shooters involved is great!
Thanks again!
Pete
These guns are very safe its up to the Match Director and range safety officer to make sure the firing line is SAFE along with the individual bring there fire arm to the bench SAFETY is very a important aspect to any shooting sport and it to be policed by everyone participating .
Thanks Joe
