San Angelo TX We had a nice day and had 3 different classes of competitors today. Some 1st time shooters were in attendance and shot pretty well. Paris Conley won the Junior Factory class and after getting rid of some defective (for her rifle) ammo shot very well.

Bill Middlebrook showed up with 1 pretty new rifle that is a tack driver and a half, but he let his competition use a new tuner and was beaten by that competitor Jim Swaringin by a few points in the Senior Unlimited class.

J.D. Dennis shot with us for the 1st time today and had the high score for the Senior Factory class and won the match. John Pormann and Darren Krumwiede had the other high scores. With the exception of Steve Conley who also had some bad ammo, the scores shot by this group are pretty amazing as there was an aggregate difference of only 6.666 points between 5 shooters and within the group a difference of only 1 point and even .333 points. That shows you this can be a fun close competition.

The next match is May 31 which is another of the 5th Saturday matches. I hope to see you there.
