I can truly say that I had a blast at this match in the Great State of Louisiana.
The weather was nice, the food was good, the competitors were tough and the winds were wicked.
A combination of any of those things makes for a good shoot, we had all of the above making it a great day.
If you have not ever been to the Caddo Gun Range in Princeton LA you should go by and check it out. They guys are putting a lot of hard work into the range and their efforts are greatly appreciate, and I want to make sure they know how thankful we are for them doing everything that they did to get ready for us to join them in their state shoot.
Thank you, Jerry Smith, Eddie Robertson, Robert Eaton, for putting on a fantastic match.
Thank you to the scoring team Les Williams and Bill Laird. It would not have gone so smooth without you guys!
It was a very close race in the unlimited class between 1st and 2nd place only being separated by 2 points.
Allen (Texas Bandit) Taylor took home the 1st place win shooting an aggregate of 192.33
He had high cards on target 4 -194 and target 5-196

It was a tough fight for high cards with that many accomplished shooters but Steve’s consistency with his shooting and scores gave him the 2nd place slot.
