The 2018 ABRA season is underway.
Our 1st match of the year started at the Elbert County Gun Club in Elberton Georgia.
I spoke with the match director and he told me that the weather was beautiful and that it had been a great for shooting.
Georgia had 12 local shooters which included three new shooters to ABRA.

Congratulations to Wade Haley for taking 1st place in the Factory class shooting an aggregate of 179.00
He took high card on target #4 with a 181.
Harold Reynolds 2017 National Factory champion came in 2nd place shooting an aggregate of 178.75.
Taking high card on target# 2 184 and target# 3 179.
Returning shooter Mark Thomas came in 3rd taking high card on target #1 with a 179 and a total aggregate of 175.25.
In the Unlimited class the Haley brothers started this year, where they left off last year. Only 1 point separating them from 1st and 2nd place.
Jim Haley pulled off the win going into the 4th card shooting a 198 over Ricky Haley’s 196, until that point they were tied.
Jim Haley took 1st place shooting an aggregate of 194.75 taking high card on target#1 193, target#3 196 and taret#4 198.
Ricky Haley 2nd place shooting an aggregate of 194.25 taking high card on target#2 193.
New Shooter Kevin Noggle took 3rd place shooting an aggregate of 179.50
Looks like it is shaping up to be a great season!
