A Big Davidson Thank You

I know that this is a sore subject for most of you. I know it is for me. For those of you that don't know me I'm Kelsey Davidson. Shelley Davidson's youngest daughter. Now that might ring a bell for most of you. Y'all probably saw me when I really young out there shooting with my dad. Soaking up all that I could of his knowledge about benchrest shooting. Even thought I never got to shoot alot I loved every bit of it. Well because I was good at it lol. I know I like to brag about it but for those of you that were there you know exactly what I'm talking about it. I beat my dad and a few others one round. For me thats awesome! Now don't think you have seen the last of the Davidson's. August 3 I believe that it is in Denton. I will be there. I may be there with out a gun. But I will be there for my dad because I know that these people were the best friends my dad had. I thank you for all your support and donations. I also thank for being there for my sisters and I at the memorial service. That service wasn't only for us. It was mostly for Dads Benchrest Crew! I just wanted to say thanks and you haven't seen the last of the Davidson's!

I dont have a gun...all i have is dads custom hunting rifle..so i dont have a benchrest gun.. but i will be there..oh believe me if i did have a gun i havent shot in years i doubt that i would be at the top but i think i would be in the middle lol
 
lets hope so because its been a while so I might be a little rusty but it will be ok

Kelsey if you show up at any of the matches and there are only 10 men show up I can almost guarantee you that you will have your choice of 20 rifles and everything else you need. We all thought a lot Shelly, I miss him. Joe :)
 
Thanks I appreciate that one of yall would let me use yalls gun...i will be up there for a fact though so be prepared lol

Never haven't had opportunity to meet you, but was fortunate to know you Father. Spent several days with him in Crawfish and on the trip (he was very kind to let me in his motorhome). I sincerely liked THE MAN. Haven't been to Texas ans shot in Denton since that time because Speedy moved out. But I miss those places, those people and those crazy conditons in Denton range. It's great you continue what your dad started. You won't be dissapointed and will do good!
 
Thanks for offering for me to use one of dads guns...if that was a picture of it i have never saw that gun lol.. i always used the black looked like snake skin and the flames one...i will be at the Denton match this weekend.. i dont think im going to enter because we have to head back home on sunday to get back to work on monday i think i will just make an appearance shoot a few practice rounds but thats it
