Sammi spec chambers will allow chambering of those bullets and probably loading of the magazine. The question is if the standard throating length of his reamer being the best length for those long vld bullets. Load a bullet in an empty case with the length you want your OAL and give it to your smith he should be able to chamber and throat what you would like.
