6x223 or 6x47 Powder

I'm having a 6x223 built on a Sako L461 with a Hart barrel. My primary interest is in shooting 80-85 grain bullets. Does anyone have 6x223 or 6x47 experience with those bullet weights, and if so, what powder would you suggest for accuracy.

Thanks,

Frank

The one item that showed superior accuracy was Remington 7 1/2 primers in my several factory and wildcat cases based on the .222 casehead; .221, .17-221, .222, .223. 222 Magnum. 6X45, 6X47.

Powders I have had success with for 85 to 95 grain bullets:
  1. VitaVhourti N133
  2. VitaVhourti N135
  3. Hodgdon H322
  4. Hodgdon H335

Bullets were Sierra and Nosler, this in a converted XP-100 with a 15 inch barrel. You will find good loading data in the Sierra manual with this cartridge listed as the 6X45.

In my 6X47, I've only ever used H322 and Remington 7 1/2 primers.
