Does anyone know of any factory ammo for this caliber?

Happy Easter,

No way !

There are no factory chambered for it,well the Cooper is but those our semi custom.
They would be lame, like the velocities reported in the Sierra manual. Each and every rifle is different so you can custom tailyor your ammo. Today out of mine I'll be pushing a 70 gr Nosler BT at just over 3,900 fps.Load your own

Worker,

have you ever tried thye 87 gr. V-Max? If so, what powder works good for you? I shoot the 107 SMK out of a 30" 1:8.5 twist K&P tube in front of 54 grains of H-1000.

87 gr. V-max

I run 59 grs.H-1000 Fed 215match Lapua cases 30" hart 87 gr vax 3725fps.this load is good to 90 deg. temps in my rifle:cool: 1-12 twist

Thanks Roger.

Likewise, I use the same primer. I'll give this load a try, working up to it from 2.0 grains less at first. Your 1:12 twist is just what I need for the 87 grainers. I have a 40X with the 1:12, 6MM Rem. It loves the 87 grainers pushed hard (Varget). I've tried the same load in a 1:9 twist Rem 700V = 200 fps slower from the faster twist. And, the barrel on the 700V is 3" shoter than the 40X. I'll give this load a try. It's interesting that you're using the H-1000 powder with the 87 grainers, and doing great. Thanks for the insight, Roger.

87gr V-Max

Well I had good performance with 53grs of H4350. 26" Hart 10"twist BBL produced 3,600 FPS. I'm lucky if I ever take a 500 yard shot. So my current favorite is 56.2grs of H4350 behind Nosler 70 gr for a MV of 3,900 FPS that's fast enough for my uses >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>;)
