I have a bit of an issue and I wanted some opinions. The best groups Im getting are from neck size only but after 2 shots the bolt is pretty hard to close.

When I FL resize the groups are not near as good reguardless how I try to change the load. I noticed my Forrester FL resizer is pushing back the shoulder .005" but I dont know if thats whats causing my problem or not. What would you guys recomend?

I'd recommend not pushing the shoulder back .005. That's the difference between a go & no-go gauge. You need to set that die up properly. If you want the shellholder to touch the die base, either get the Redding shellholder set, or epoxy some shim stock on your existing shellholder -- about .0035 should do it, since the epoxy will add a bit. Or use more & turn it down to +.004.
