60 minutes tonight

Well, I watched it, I thought it.............

was the same ol' B$, some whiners from VAT that thought that everyone forevermore, should be as vulnerable as they were on that day. And then the old "Gunshow Loophole" carcass was dragged out & flogged some more, coupled with one of the "gun guys", that escorted Leslie Stahl through one of those "Horrid Dens of Iniquity", a Va. gun show; and there were the required scenes of him shooting a laser-equipped handgun, and, surprisingly, no mention was made of that fact, guess they thought nobody'd believe them if they tried to bill it as a, "projectile-sighted 'Death ray'!! :D And then a former chief of police took her out on the parking lot to show her how autos carrying criminals from far & wide(look at the license plates) had descended on this little patch, so that they could slake their thirst on the guns & ammo of yet another loophole, not yet closed down. Only useful part was when they interviewed the, "Wicked Witch of The Left", diane finestein, that it got to where I thought I was getting my money's worth, because she said she will wait patiently for just the right time, then she will introduce her bill, and she WILL, she seems to think, get "it" passed. Well, I'll be waiting to see.....Lotsa stuff gets passed at midnight, when nobody else is around.

Blame The Voters

The voters of the "Peoples Republic Of Calif. and Mass." keep putting the likes of Feinstein and Kennedy back in office. Hell they even made Kennedy a knight in England.

The Horror

They closed the gunshow loophole here in Illinois, now everyone, not just FFL dealers, must make the phone call for background check. really kinda silly since you can't sell a firearm to anyone who doesn't possess a FOID, which, in effect, is already a background check. Just another way to complicate things and get $5. Thanks, Douglas

They drag that crap out every year around this time, what they don't bother to say is that the guy bought his guns at a dealer and he went through a background check. The question that should be asked is what is a chinese national doing attending a state sponsered school( probably on our dime, my brother has tried to find out who paid his tuition but gets the ol privacy answer) Why do they think these people go to gun free zones to do this stuff? It's not hard to do as you like if you are the only one armed. Have you ever heard of a shooting at a gunshow? I haven't. Steve

While He's Looking

It might be more interesting to research who paid Obamas tuition to Harvard.

Mike

No, Steve, they did mention......

him going through a dealer(HORRORS!! we'll just have to have EVERYone go through a psych exam, now, THAT"LL GUARANTEE no more tragedies like......")
Yeah, THAT was whipped, too. Something else they'll soon want.
Mike, the deal w/not being able to peg who paid the tutition is, he probably had to declare himself a citizen of Kenya to get all the freebies. SOOOooooo, that means he wasn't "Natural-Born", soooo That means.......''Well, folks, we just can't have that coming out, y'know, privacy, sure y'all unnerstan' don'cha??" Next, we'll have somebody like Idi Amin running for president, and when challenged, they'll be able to say, "Hey!! The precedent's been set!!" Neato.:p
Gee, remember when all they wanted was "Saturday Night Specials?? I think that was howard metzenbaum, now we got diane feinstein, chuckie schumer, barbara boxer, some guy named lautenberg looking out for us, and don't forget arlen spector. Gee why is it that all THESE nice people are so concerned for OUR welfare????
"kennedy a knight in england" well, he acts like a Queen's barrister, why shouldn't he be rewarded like the loyal subject he is, I mean he does everything he can to ratchet down our rights in preparation for the return to the "commonwealth". ted kennedy-The Wizard of "Uhz". The queen's got such good taste, she put him in with such sterling company as elton john. What a crew, huh???

I hope they had film of all the RPG's and the flame throwers you guys buy at the "gun shows" to haul to Mexico to sell to the druggies? It's this gun show loop hole that really does cause all the crime in the world.

It's getting harder all the time to get through a gun show with out tripping over the tanks and artillery pieces in the way. Stacks of machine guns, that anyone can buy, is the other problem.
