6.5 SAUM in 700 LA....block mag and shorten follower???

Chambered a 6.5 SAUM in a 700 LA. It feeds perfectly as is.

Is there any reason to block the magazine and cut off the follower if it is feeding as is??

If it ain't...

Ricco,

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
If it feeds smoothly with the bullet you use, then don't worry. The LA will be useful if you decide to have a longer projectile or if you choose to seat them out there.
