Yes. Avoid it. If you're going to run a Sierra product, run the S142MK, not the 140. Personally partial to Bergers 140gr VLD - shoots just a smidge flatter and a little better accuracy in my rifle, but then there are people with the opposite experience (at least on the accuracy portion). Both are good bullets.
