Using NRA A36 targets...I'm just getting started using a modified Hammerli 850.177 runing on HPA..Hawke Eclipse 6-24x50 SF......been using JSBH's and shooting in the prevailing winds is a real challenge....
Scoring is based on 3 shot groups per bull on 3 targets (Total agregate on 30 bulls)..20 minute time limit for 30 shots..

Wind mostly from left to right but sometimes "switches" to head wind and/or goes from right to left.....

I goofed at bull #8 getting penalty for the "extra" shot...lol...groups on target measured "OTO"...managed to sneak in one at .410" when wind dropped off..

Last match in October total agregate for all 7 shooters was .701" with top shooter winning with .499".....and,of course, winds were present to make it a challenge...my best so far is total agregate of .674"....

Crazyhorse,
Thanks for posting the pictures of LD range layout and targets.
You have several great groups! Are you shooting over wind flags? That one thing has helped my outdoor scores the most.

The last outdoor shoot in Oct. we were going to shoot 50 yards at our fun shoot. The weather was pouring rain with 25-30 mph winds with gusts to 50!! Nobody shot past 25 yards! Will try again in the spring.

Some space wind flags between benches/targets...I've been just been using one at left of targets....winds generally increase as match progresses...in video above, think wind was gusting about 3-6 mph...

I'm still learning how to read the wind...need also to be more consistant on some techniques with the rifle itself...
