50 foot indoor BenchRest SMGC, Kalamazoo MI April 11 this Sunday
Just a reminder, we will be having another 50 foot indoor benchrest event (this is really informal) on Sunday April 11 at the SMGC range in Kzoo at the 809 crosstown parkway facility. We plan to start shooting at 9:30 am, we will open doors at 8:00 am to get set up and registered. We shoot 3 targets per aggregate you can shoot 2 aggregates. The target is the NRA A-36 50 foot target. Each target is 100-10x possible for a total of 300-30x per aggregate. We have springer class, and various PCP classes. Eye protection is required, ear protection is not required but recommended. We have portable benches at the facility that we shoot from, however a few of us bring a portable bench from the house that is a bit more stable.. the only constraint that I can see is that the bench not be wider than 26” so as to fit between the stalls. Also unless things change, we are still in a Covid19 dampanic, so please wear masks indoors and social distance, fist bumps elbow bump, no shaking hands. We all did well last month. I am probably missing a few shooters, so please, if your friend is not on my mailing list please be sure to copy this to them, and please copy me their address so I can add them.
